About this house rental
Freshly settled in this magnificent region, come and discover our charming cottage "Les Menthes Sauvages" located in Suze la Rousse, a village in Drôme Provençale.
Semi-detached cottage of 50M2 completely renovated for 4 people, independent entrance, private swimming pool of 6x3m unheated, very nice terrace facing south, rest assured.
The cottage adjoins our house.
The swimming pool is closed from October 15 to April 30, 2025. Reopening at the beginning of May.
1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed.
1 second small bedroom is separated by a partition with 2 beds of 80x200 or 1 bed of 160x200 air-conditioned.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The kitchen area is equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all the equipment to cook good food...).
A pantry including 1 second fridge, freezer, washing machine.
The living-dining area located in a beautiful air-conditioned veranda has a sofa, armchair, table and chairs.
Nestled in a quiet area between vineyards, lavender fields, olive trees, views of Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail our house is close to the beautiful villages of the Drôme, the Ardèche, the Gard and the Vaucluse for an exceptional Provencal stay.
The local shops are located 2.2km from the house, you will find all amenities: butcher, cheese shop, bakery, pharmacy, press, hairdresser, grocery store, Provencal market on Friday morning, restaurants...
