About this house rental
Traditional stone villa, situated in a small village, about 4 km away from the sea, on the middle of lower tip of peninsula. You can access the best beaches of Istria: Pomer, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Medulin, Ližnjan, Šišan, Verudela' & 'Valkane in Pula within a drive.
Fresh bread rolls are available in the nearest grocery store, 400 m away. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish can be procured from the centre, 6 km away. Sijana Forest at Pula, Levan Island Nature Park and Brijuni Islands, Nature Park are fun sights and can be accessed after a drive.
Enjoy a leisurely brunch sitting on your terrace or private courtyard. The view into the fenced private green garden is an added delight. There is a shower outside to wash off all the sand as you return from the beach. We offer a very special deal for those who want to live here for a longer duration. Mrs. Bianca will be here to host you and help you with questions. You have options to hunt as well, we will help you procure the license.

Solid experience overall, The villa had a rustic charm and was conveniently located near grocery stores and local attractions, We appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, It’s a great place for a family or a group of friends looking to relax and explore Istria

What a charming place! We loved the stone architecture and the private courtyard was perfect for evening barbecues, The kids enjoyed the garden space, and we even tried some local fishing, A great base for exploring the beautiful Istrian coast!

This place was just what we needed—a quiet retreat with lots of space, It felt like home, The proximity to Pula's historical sites, like the Pula Arena, was a bonus, Clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a stress-free getaway, Would definitely return!
