About this apartment rental
30km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited town in the Bas-Rhin region. At the heart of the wine route, this dynamic, charming town organizes numerous tourist events in summer and winter alike. The Christmas market in the center of town offers a timeless experience, typical of Alsatian Christmas markets.
The apartment: "La grange 1578
Located in the historic center of Obernai, just a few meters from the Maréchal Joffre rampart (south rampart), La Grange 1578 has been completely rebuilt, with an old-fashioned roof structure. It houses a charming triplex apartment with 65 m2 of living space, very bright and comfortable for 4 people.
The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
You'll find all the amenities you need.
Ground floor:
- Master bedroom, 140 cm double bed, storage space
- Bathroom with washbasin and shower (including hairdryer) (access to the shower room is via the ground-floor bedroom)
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
1st floor: the living room
- Lounge area
- Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker)
- Dining area
- Flat-screen TV, Chromecast
You can enjoy your meals indoors or out on the terrace. A French window leads you onto a double terrace that's entirely private and intimate, not overlooked: a dining area on the uncovered terrace, a very cocooning corner on the covered terrace.
2nd floor:
- 1 second bedroom with double bed.
With its cathedral roof, you'll be able to see the old-fashioned framework.
The 1st and 2nd floors are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Close to shops, bakeries, weekly market, bike paths, supermarkets, train station, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Direct freeway access. Strasbourg is 25 minutes away, Colmar 40 minutes, Europa-park 45 minutes.
In just a few minutes by car, bike or on foot, you'll be in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by vineyards or forest.
The apartment does not have its own parking space or garage, but the free municipal parking lot is 300 meters away.
If required, we can provide a baby cot, high chair and even an all-terrain stroller. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
