Appart' O bernai

l'appartement bien situé, avec parking privé,très propre, bien aménagé,

Location is quiet and convenient. All needed for a stay was provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking was very handy and close to the apartments entrance. Felt very safe

As weather was hot and humid one or two additional fans would be great improvement. Having AC would be priceless.

It was clean and not far from the historic center of town or the train station.

Upon arrival we found several disappointments. The beds were hard. The pillows were very flat and old. The hosts provided no coffee, coffee filters, no hand soap, no shower gel, 1 dish towel for a 6 night stay, no facecloths, no hand towels for bathroom, 1 bath towel per guest, no laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, a half roll of paper towels and no fan. We had a bad sleep the first night as it was warm and the street noise prevented us from opening windows. We were also uncomfortable w open windows at street level. I sent a request for solutions to the hosts. They delivered a fan, coffee, two more dish towels, 2 face cloths, 4 new pillows, shower gel, a roll of paper towels and a bottle of hand soap and laundry detergent before we went to bed the second night. They also inferred that they were not like an air bnb and that guests are expected to buy these basics? I did buy hand towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, oil to cook with etc. which was the first time I’ve ever had to. The fan made a huge difference in comfort and air flow.
