The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the panorama and its sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace and courtyard.

Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 5 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV.
