The best place to stay in Croatia

This is my 4th stay in Villa Asta and I could not be happier! Everything is perfect. What a wonderful oasis. The garden and the pool are my favorite places to stay. The barbeque facility is really appreciated by the whole group. The fact that we have a washing machine and a kitchen is a big help too. The host is a wonderful person making us feel welcome. We will return for sure every year!

The location of the apartment.

Noisy A/C, which was only located in the living room. In the morning, there was a foul sewer-like smell coming from the pipes. No amenity kit (i.e. shower gel, shampoo) was provided.

Stay away from this host, he can't run a business in contact with people

THE HOST. He was rude, he couldn't speak (even understand) English, and he was dishonest: he charged us the city tax for 10 persons, but we were only 8 (he said the reservation was for 10, but he registered only 8 people). THE BARBECUE. Don't be fooled by the pictures of a very big brick barbecue: you can't use it. Instead, you have to use a very small steel barbecue (approx 30cmx30cm, suitable for 2-3 persons max), without any barbecue tool. But don't worry, you can use the barbecue area for ONLY 2 HOURS PER DAY per apartment, booking in advance on a notebook. Please note that in the lower part of the brick barbecue we found another steel barbecue, with a decent size, suitable for us 8 persons. It was new, but considering IT WAS IN THE PUBLIC BARBECUE AREA, we used it thinking it was available for the guests. But, surprise!!! The morning after, the host yelled at us that it was his private barbecue and we shouldn't have used it. We replied saying that if it was private it shouldn't have been in the public area without any "private" sign on it, but the host couldn't understand (or pretended to) what we were saying in English. So basically the situation is: big good barbecue is for the host, small barbecue is for guests.

New villa

We liked the fact the Villa looks like a fresh rebuild/renovated. It feels like everything is new.

The fact is not so close to the seaside, on map you see is quite ok but walking distance is more around. It has a pool so in case you don't want to go to seaside.

Better than home away from home

This Villa is an oasis! Very big apartments, very well equiped, stunning garden and lounge with barbeque in the center of Medulin close to all shops. The host is an incredibly kind person as well. Would rate this experience 11/10. One of my favorite accomodations on booking ever

I think the only thing I would improve is more fresh towels, but the fact we had a washing machine really helped. Also, toiletries would be very appreciated, but for us it was not an inconvenience

Apartment is indeed very new, all clean. The location is fantastic because it is in a dead end street but close to the center.

The location was very good, a short walking to Medulin centre. The bedrooms were spacious. And the apartment was clean.

The apparment wasn’t exacly what we expected on the base of the pictures/information. It was supposed to be 80 m2 - maybe if you count also the balcony or the shared terrace (?) The picture of the shared terrace was included in the pictures of the appartment - that was misleading. Otherwise ok, but there was no safety box as promised. There could have been more glasses in the kitchen and the pillows were quite bad (the beds were ok)

Best Apartment in Istrien ever

New and modern , well equipped apartment. In quiet corner but close to the see and restaurants , shops. The furnitures and bed very comfortable The house with nice swimming pool and wonderful garten with beautiful flowers. The corridors and the pool are always clean and groomed. Enough places inside too. The towels changed every days. new and clean bedlinen and good smelling. Dog friendly! The personal “Stefan” is sympathetic. He looks well for every Guests, and also for the house, very helpful and always kind. I would like to recommend it.

Really good

Very nice property in a quiet location, not far from Medulin promenade and beach. The villa was renovated (this is my impression) this year, so everything is looking very good, from garden till eating utensils. I also liked very much the host attitude, he was very discrete but same time very prompt to our requests.

Really small things: - the number of park places is limited in front of the house, but there are enough at the main street (100 meters away) - the pool is pool is quite small

The perfect holiday

This accommodation was one of the best. The whole villa is almost new. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The pool was also well maintained. The host was very helpful and kind. This accommodation fully meets our expectations. Would recommend all.

Liebevoll gepflegtes Haus mit fast privatem Pool. Kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Die Unterkunft war super, vor allem weil nur wenige Apartments im Haus sind. Der Pool ist wunderschön sauber und gepflegt und die Deko und die Bepflanzung rund um das Haus wirken sehr liebevoll. Haben einmal neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher benötigt, da jeden Tag gegen 9:00 Uhr Personal vor Ort ist war das überhaupt kein Problem. Vermieter und Personal waren sehr freundlich. Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden, sowie Seife im Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt 15min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, aber mit Bollerwagen kein Problem. Durch die Lage in einer Sackgasse waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden.

kleines, feines Appartment

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im 1. OG, man kommt von der Tür direkt in den Wohn-/Essbereich, dort war ein Sofa, Küchenzeile, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, ein Fenster (leider kann man hier direkt von der Treppen hinein schauen), dann ein kleiner Flur. von diesem gehen das Bad (mit Dusche), 2 Schlafräume und der Balkon ab. Wohnung war insgesamt eher recht kühl, im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm, Anfang Oktober wurde sie auch bei tagsüber angenehmen 22° nicht wirklich war. Im Außenbereich eine Gemeinschaftsterasse mit Grill, Küchenzeile mit Waschmaschine, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, schöner Pool im Garten. Alles recht gut gepflegt. Auf Probleme wurde umgehend und freundlich reagiert. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Ausreichend Handtücher, bei Bedarf gab es problemlos Nachschub.

Wohnung war teilweise etwas klein und beengt, aber man kann sich arrangieren. Wie oben schon angeführt, im Oktober war die Wohnung etwas kühl, Wohnküche über Klimaanlage auch beheizbar, aber Rest der Wohnung insbesondere das Bad nicht.

Absolut empfehlenswert, gerade in der Nachsaison ruhig und erholsam.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Kleinere Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. gut fußläufig zu erreichen, größere Supermärkte wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die große Terrasse und der Kaffeeautomat waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Auch die netten Gespräche mit dem Eigentümer haben einem das Gefühl gegeben, herzlich willkommen zu sein.

Toller Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Für uns der perfekte Urlaub mit Kleinkind. Apartment mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Pool direkt am Gebäude und Sandstrand sowie Restaurants in der Nähe (mit Kinderwagen erreichbar). Zudem sehr freundliche Gastgeber die sich immer erkundigt haben ob wir noch etwas brauchen.

Struttura molto curata e ben tenuta, i proprietari e la ragazza che fa le pulizie davvero molto gentili. Buona la pulizia, ci hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani diverse volte durante il soggiorno e comunque se dovesse dimenticarsene basta chiedere alla ragazza e lei ti fornisce il cambio. La piscina super e anche la zona comune con barbecue. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e a pochi km da spiagge di ogni tipo (premantura, banjole ecc).

Fantastiskt fint boende i lugnt område.

Fantastiskt boende i ett lugnt område med nära till allt, restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, strand, aktiviteter och sevärdheter. Lägenheten har allt du behöver och är välstädat. Fin välskött trädgård med härligt poolområde. Altan på fram och baksida samt en fin gemensam uteplats med möjlighet att grilla. Trevligt bemötande av värden.

Bardzo ładna i zadbana villa z basenem :) Właściciel jak i personel bardzo mili i pomocni ! Czyste pokoje ręczniki zmieniane codziennie ! Grill na tarasie super opcja ! Ogólnie bardzo fajny obiekt !

Schönes, neues Haus mit Mängeln

Ruhige Lage, schöner Pool, neuwertiges Haus, alles sehr sauber

Klimaanlage hat lediglich die Küche herunter gekühlt. In den Schlafzimmern war es leider immer mega warm. Mit Fenster auf Schlafen war gleichzeitig auch schwer, da bei jedem kleinen Windzug die Rolläden sehr laut klapperten. Also Fazit: die Schlafqualität hat leider enorm gelitten.
