The newly renovated 1½ room apartment on the ground floor of the Condominio Fiori residential complex is in a central location with a direct connection to the Locarno - Orselina cable car. The lake, train station, shopping arcades and old town can be reached in 5 -10 minutes on foot. From the apartment's large balcony you can enjoy the idyll of the garden, the view of the mountains and a piece of the lake. With around 32m2, plus a balcony, the apartment can comfortably accommodate two people. It includes a living room/bedroom with a dining table and opening to the fully equipped kitchen, a hallway with a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The interior is characterized by practical luxury. A fold-out wall bed and a sofa bed (each 140x200) are available as sleeping accommodations. The comfort includes a stereo system (CD, tape, radio), TV with DVD, WiFi internet stick, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, glass ceramic stove, oven, steam hood, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, enough crockery, pots and much more.
