Very clean newly remodeled room. Close to Yamavah casino, only a 5 minute drive. Very courteous staff. Will definitely stay here when we travel back to Yamavah!

The front desk associate came to check me in wearing boxers and a tshirt. The room was very unsanitary.

We couldn't sleep; the room smelled awful. The bathroom water had spilled all over the floor. There was nothing there only two beds that felt as hard as rocks.

Everything was new, luxury feel

They don’t have hot water I only stay there for like two hours cause we went for a business and I have to take a bath and it was no hot water I talked to the front desk and the only said I’m sorry

The Highland Inn is a terrible location. We did not stay. The room smelled like smoke. The bed was curved. There was a 1/2” gap under the door. The safety latch had Ben broken off. We checked out as soon as we had checked in.

Shower not working, remote not working tv would not work. No fire alarm

Room was sufficient. Had big hole in wall and told Manager. Got my deposit back (thank you). Bath tub faucet not secure to wall. A lot a of building materials around parking/property area. Otherwise one night stay was good. JD

Horrible place on going construction is loud holes everywhere in walls lamps are broke not phones a guest spotted a rat on June 6 in 215 roaches are everywhere fridges don't work a few rooms don't have a fridge or microwave staff has a attitude and treat guest like they are nothing and talk to them any way lil man in big truck thinks he's tough and can talk to females any way he likes he's not professional at all cleaning lady doesn't clean rooms on a regular and complains there's no work furnure is old and out dated pool is full of nothing but rocks trash everywhere water pressure sucks extending stay guests can't reserve

Don't waste your money it's dirty and infested with rats and roaches staff is the rudest I've been by

Property is under construction, banging and limited parking due to construction. Clientele sketchy and possible drug operation or prostitution.

Ordered a room for my parents for the weekend. Thought with the overall rating that it would be a livable and contain basic hospitality. The room they provided my parents was run down, the roof literally collapsing, all seats covered in black gunk, bathroom unclean and smelled horrible (all on video they showed me). My parents went to the front desk to get another room but they rudely addressed my parents and insisted they stay in that room because there were none else left. The only thing that got them a different room was a maid that was nearby and heard the discussion, the new room wasn't a wreck, but still wasn't properly clean. This new room had unclean towels mildewing and mattresses that didn't have proper support, with the plastic still on it! I would not recommend anyone to come here. I was extremely embarrassed and distraught that I even looked at this place as a viable option for stay.

Extremely bad neighborhood. Cops with sirens driving by all night long. Place is ran down. Soft spots in the floor. Not really clean. If you have to stay in this area, pay the extra an go stay at Yaamava.

It was just bad, didn't know what I was getting into pics looked great, the room was dirty no carpet, no closet, things were once on the wall just ripped off and bare marks with scars from previous shelves or whatever. Pretty sure there were bed bugs, area did not feel safe people hanging out in the parking lot, no elevator stairs only on the end and room was in the middle

the room smelt like consistent sewerage and bleach. there was holes in the wall, dirty and rusty everywhere, the A/C didn’t even work.

Its a new owner but they have been improving so far great job

The room was nasty insect on floor missing paint no place to hang clothes. We did not stay it was drug infested. Nor did they refund our money back. The photo of hotel online is a big fat lie. The Highland Inn should be shut down for violations of health and safety! Place should be shut down. I should’ve taken pictures but I wasn’t thinking I was in shock.

The hotel is very cost effective only $117 with taxes for 2 Beds. But the hotel is old and bathroom door was falling apart. Check in was fast but our room with 2 beds was not available for my son and I til 5pm. We were given a key to room 104 from 3:45pm til 5pm. If you just needed a place to sleep and want an economical room it was a clean room.
