Knock before entering!

1st night bed was very comfortable, as soon as you walk into the room smells very very clean, fresh clean towels 2nd night had to move rooms due to extra family member that room was very very clean as well.

Guest service representative (man) walked in on me while I was getting dressed, didn't knock, seen me closed the door then knocked, I opened the door he said check out, I said no im here an extra day, he said oh yes sorry, sorry. Luckily I was fully dressed. Although he was nice, checking in. I wanted a refund and to leave. But after a long day out I just wanted to rest. It was priced ok but will never return

Absolutely loved it.!!

Loved everything about the Highland Inn. Its spacious, from the bed space to the room. They are ALWAYS clean, quiet, and respectful. The Maid service ladies are a doll. They are the sweetest and let's you know if they have to come later for anything. When you request anything they are on top of it.! I have booked here twice and both times the rooms and staff were exceptional. My kids love it here as well. Even though all rooms are no smoking its still the best place I've stayed at in San Bernardino. I don't mind sitting out in the car or standing outside to smoke because its clean and no one is just sitting out on the property.

Worth it!

I noticed the property is under new management and I can see the improvements been made. The front desk agent was very helpful, patient, courteous, and helped make an already stressful day before I checked in a whole lot better.

All was fine truthfully. I can nitpick about the hot water taking a while to get going but that is normal everywhere. I enjoyed my stay and would be returning.

Room was nice, location was great.

Only thing was there was a roach crawling around in vanity area. And it was kind of unsettling wondering if more roaches were crawling around. Was not comfortable going to sleep.

It was a nice place to stay for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked that everything was new. I also liked that it’s just walking distance from a shopping center.

What I did not like so much was that because of the remodelling we were missing in the room a chair or sofa to sit down. There wasn’t a fridge to store food or drinks. The windows were not sealed or thick enough so the whole night we could hear the street sounds. That kept waking us up. The AC units need to be replaced. They are a bit old and their functions need replacing.

the close location to get to other venues. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly.

Would have appreciated 3 sets of towels, asked the Maid but did not receive the extra towels for third-party traveling.

Didn’t stay horrible front office staff.

Nothing except perhaps the sign.

The location was dodgey. Could of handled that but trying to check in was a nightmare. They didn’t know I had reservation and seemed confused. Kept demanding in a stern voice to show them my ID. All this was through a bullet proof looking glass with a small window to speak through. As a woman it did not feel safe so after the other “manager” came and again looked confused that I had a reservation. I showed him my booking and again they demanded my id. Any other place I would of had no problem giving my drivers license but these guys seemed shady and honestly I didn’t feel safe. It was horrible so we left without staying so I can’t comment on the cleanliness but judging from the front office staff I would be surprised if it was good.
