Staff were kind and helpful. Place was clean and modern. Pool area was well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic.

Pool wasn't as warm as expected. Accessible bathroom needs wall-handles in the shower, or a shower seat, or a non-slip texture on the floor because the tiled floor is very very slippy and dangerous. The water from the shower goes all the way to the door and onto the carpet, so having some extra barriers for the water would be useful. There was a big family that were given access to the pool room until 11pm, which I was notified about in advance, but as my bedroom was next to the pool room, I could hear the children screaming until 11:30pm then they were stomping around in the room above me until after 1am. I understand that's not the fault of the hotel staff, but I wanted to mention this. This family entered the pool room while I was relaxing with my friend, and they turned the TV on loud with folk music and all the children were bombing/jumping into the swimming pool, it was a really uncomfortable situation. Loud and obnoxious and really not the vibe for this hotel. Pool area should be adults only, in my opinion.
