Southbank Splendour - A Sky High Stay with Parking

Location was fantastic, bed was comfortable. They are probably the most important things. Having parking was also great.

The pots, pans, cups, plates etc were very basic. Could do with a coffee machine (even a cheap POD one), a toasted sandwich maker and better fry pan. The heater made a loud noise like there was something stuck in the fan. Even though it was cold I couldn't stand the noise so I went without the heater being on. The remote control for the car park is barely working I needed to shake it a bit for it to work.Maybe it needed a new battery although it looked like it had been damaged. There are no bedside lamps These were all little issues and it wouldn't take much to fix

Location was excellent. Room had everything we needed. Easy to find, easy check in check out. Good communication.

The street noise was a little noisier than other apartments I have stayed in. Maybe the window seals need to be redone. But it is the middle of the city, so street noise is to be expected.

Location was excellent. Room was quiet. View was spectacular. Clean and spacious.

Clearer instruction on finding lift in carpark - i.e. enter via Fire Obstruction Door and would have felt more comfortable to lock apartment on departure and return key to lock box

Dishwasher did not work. Washing machine had no power of a night but had power in the morning - weird? TV would not work.
