It was difficult to get the key. When we first enquired about the apartment we flagged that we were landing at 1.00am and asked if that was a problem. There was no comment made on this, but 3 days before the stay they said we could only pick up the key up to 9pm, and suggested perhaps friends could pick it up for us!! Eventually with lots of to-ing and fro-ing, someone met us at the apartment at 1.30am. The apartment was not clean, there were marks and hair in the bathroom, the shower floor was dirty and there was hair in the lounge room rug and hair on the bed head. The bed side lamp did not work. There were no drawers to store clothes (we stayed for a week) and had to live out of our bags.
