Nice surroundings, quieter as away from the main city centre. Felt very safe and secure. Clean and nicely decorated. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful- they arranged a driver for us who was absolutely amazing and very caring, ended up driving us around a lot more than we initially planned as he was so helpful. Two very cute, friendly cats were a great bonus.

Nothing

The staff were friendly and helpful, having a pool in such hot weather was fantastic. The room was spacious with a huge projector for watching a film on. Breakfast in the morning was great, meeting other holidaymakers around the communal table.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended! Excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Tianmen Mountain. At first, we couldn't find the hotel, so we called them, and they came to pick us up. Thank you so much for that! They also went out of their way to help us plan our route and gave us great advice. The swimming pool was wonderful after a long day of hiking. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious as well.

We honestly didn't have any complaints. The only small issue was that Booking.com directed us to the wrong location, so we got a little lost. However, using AMaps and searching for "Relian – The Hidden Villa Inn" made it very easy to find this hidden gem of a hotel. Don't let the incorrect Booking.com location put you off,it’s absolutely worth it!
