Ho apprezzato molto la freschezza naturale del piano terra che permette di stare bene anche a chi non vuole l'aria condizionata che invece è indispensabile al primo piano nelle giornate più calde. Il soggiorno è molto ampio, i doppi bagni entrambi con docce sono utilissimi, le tre camere da letto anche, le zanzariere, non mancava praticamente niente. Ho adorato anche avere un posto auto ombreggiato all'interno della struttura e ampi e ben curati spazi esterni. Da sottolineare anche la tranquillità della zona che garantisce relax ma permette di essere in 10 minuti al centro di Parenzo. Proprietari molto cordiali, discreti e disponibili.
Uno dei materassi del letto matrimoniale era troppo morbido.
