Holiday apartment Vanessa with pool for 5 persons is located on the first floor and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The air conditioning is located in the living room. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has a covered terrace with seating and table for 5 persons. In the courtyard guests can use a pool of 24 m2, sun loungers, parasols and the barbecue. The pool is for sharing the guests on the ground floor of the house. You can park in the courtyard. Energy costs, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Apartment Complex Vanessa with pool are located in the small village of Nova Vas, only 7 km from the center of the town of Poreč and 7 km from the popular beaches of Porec and the resort of Lanterna.

Schöne FeWo , Betten haben bei uns Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Wir haben das so weitergegeben, anscheinend hab’s das Problem nur mit unseren Rücken…. Lage ist mit eigenem Auto gut. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wären die Betten besser würden wir wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung im 1. OG ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist vollständig, so dass man auch etwas kochen und sich selbst versorgen kann wenn man möchte. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und es gibt einen Grill wo man wahlweise per Holzkohle oder Gas grillen kann. Per Satellit bekommt man nahezu jeden Sender rein, auch die meisten deutschen von KIKA bis DMAX alles dabei.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im kleinen Ort Nova Vas bekommt man schon zu Fuß das wichtigste vor Ort, es gibt einen Supermarkt der sogar eine Frischetheke hat und einen Bäcker, sowie eine Bar und eine Poststelle.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Meer und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten wo man gut und günstig Essen kann.
