Gostei muito da localização , fica próximo a rua coberta e pode fazer vários passeios a pé. Achei o apartamento muito bom. Tem tudo que precisamos, até guarda chuva... limpeza excelente, cozinha bem equipada apesar de não ter usado mas pra quem vai com objetivo de fazer suas comidinhas, dá super certo. Chuveiro maravilhoso com água bem quentinha , tv com poucos canais mas como não perdi meu tempo assistindo TV, não me fez falta. Área de serviço bem equipada com máquina de lavar. Limpeza perfeita. Encontrei o apartamento bem limpinho com roupas de cama bem cheirosas.. uma maravilha! Quando resolver voltar a Gramado, vou ficar nesse apartamento. Tudo maravilhoso! Eu recomendo
Eu só senti falta de tomadas nas cabeceiras da cama. Mas isso não foi um problema.
