I stayed in this property on a weekend trip with a friend and it was great. First of all, the Host, Javier was really good with his communication so I knew exactly what to do before getting to the property. It was all set up so I could get in without keys. The property is located near the centre of Las Palmas and on the beach front, the kitchen-living room had great views of the ocean. Both bedrooms were nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well set up with all the bits you'd need and we made good use of it. As with the living room which has a couple of sofas and a tv with access to all the usual services. Both bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall the property was very clean and tidy. Javier made sure I had what I needed and made himself available in case there was anything, which there wasn't. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Wie viele Bewertungen bereits geschrieben haben... Die Aussicht! Leider hatten wir bei unserem Besuch anfangs eine Wolkendecke, die anschließend durch eine Calima (Sandwolke) ersetzt wurde und könnten daher die Aussicht nicht in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Appartment ist sehr (!) sauber und ordentlich und hat eine gute Grundausstattung in der Küche. Der nächstbeste Supermarkt ist 30m die Straße hoch. Promenade mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum verweilen ist ebenfalls fast direkt vor der Türe. Javi als Gastgeber war in allen Belangen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Die letzten beiden Tage hatten wir viel Feuchtigkeit im Appartment. Liegt sicher auch an der Lage. Sieht man auch an manchen Stellen im Appartement. Das "große" Bett war mir persönlich viel zu hart. Faierweise muss man sagen, das kommt auf die persönliche Vorlieben an. Haben dann in getrennten Betten geschlafen.

Výborné místo a nádherný výlet, blízko promenády, v dostupnosti obchodů a všech služeb, parkovat se dá 10 minut pěšky v el Rincon za 3e na den - informaci nabídl hostitel. Děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme
