We are here with senior citizens and kids (9, 8, 6, and 5 years old), all 8 pax. The location is in the middle of the city. Easy to move, 10 minutes' walk from Jalan Besar MRT. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Bugis area. The room is quite big compared to other rooms; as Muslims, we have an area to pray. We chose a connecting room because we have kids to monitor all the time. Thank you to the staff for giving us an extra access card as we requested, because the 2 connecting rooms are not on the same level. The staff helps us when there are problems with the TV and remote.
the things that this hotel doesn't have: a bidet. But there's still a water hose from the shower area.

Location and family room with double bedroom and 2 toilet
Had a hot shower and refreshing day start
Had a issue on aircon (one night) out of four days stay got resolved the next day the room got warm
The whole floor had this issue could be due to faulty VRF

The hotel was in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around Singapore and visit nearby attractions. The stay was comfortable, the rooms were suitable for what we needed, and the hotel was a good base for a short trip. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for our visit.
Nothing major to complain about. The stay was good overall.
