Walking distance to tram, market, restaurants and supermarket
Bit confusing picking up the keys, instructions need to be updated and PIN didn’t work- had to ring for help.

Gr8 location. Nice size apartment.
Lots of little creepy crawlies around. May need a pest spray.

Location was perfect for access to trams/buses and walking to centre of city. Pick up point for keys only a few streets away but not ready when we arrived or for check in time - cleaner was running late and we had to wait. Heaps of food places and grocery stores close by.
A surprise was that all cooking supplies / oils / spices / paper towel / coffee pods / tea / sugar etc, was readily available in unit cupboards.
Finding that floors could have been vacuumed a bit better after finding lots of other peoples hair on floors in bathrooms/bedrooms. Ensuite shower floor tiles/grout need a good clean.

Close to markets and cafes
The noisy and timed fan in bathrooms. Confusion as to the parking and building. The different keys and fobs need for access.
