The North Star City View Jacuzzi Sauna

Apartment was spacious, comfortable beds, great location for access to convention centre & not too far from main street.

Location/address a little deceptive - should say that the apartment is in the oaks adelaide embassy building. Extra cost in taxi fares to pick up/drop off keys. No late check out available. Nowhere to store bags when waiting for a later flight - couldn't securely leave them at reception.

Good space for family or 2 couples. Had all you needed. Good location close to transport, the main shopping area and places to eat. Nice to have access to pool and spa. Cafe downstairs was great for breakfast.

Bathroom fan was quite noisy. Location of key lockbox was nearly a km away.

The instructions and communication with the hosts were good. The apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable and right next to the convention centre, so a great location (although a bit noisy, but hey, it's the city). I would stay here again, especially if I was with my family.

None of the following are dealbreakers, but I would have liked to have known this before booking: the pick up/drop off location for the key is a 15 min walk from the apartment; there is only one key available (not convenient for us as two work colleagues staying together); the second bedroom has a frosted window on to the living room, with no curtain (although the living room had curtains) so lacked some privacy. Also specific to our stay: the key was not in the lockbox when we arrived at 3pm, and we had to chase it up. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice space, good kitchen gear

No WiFi, jacuzzi out of order, sauna not hot enough. Not your fault but maybe they should not be in the headline name of the appartment as they were disappointing. Also, the key collect and return in Grote St is tiresome after 27 hours travel.
