Key box closer to accomodation would be ideal,however we were aware of this before booking and were fine with it. Just inconvenient

Great part of city to stay with free light rail out front. Has a nice pool and gym. Apartment had lovely finishings, nicely decorated and a well equipped kitchen

The front desk staff were rude when I asked about luggage storage

We asked for an early check in and they accommodated us as best as they could. Usual key pick up is through a lockbox but they allowed us to receive the keys from the cleaner so we could drop off our gear as we needed to go to the Test Cricket (day/night) and had a function beforehand. Thank you team for going above and beyond -so much appreciated!

Room internet was a little weak. The room was in a bit of a blind spot for phone reception and internet. We were not in the room much though so did not affect us much.

Location and cleanliness.

The checkin process was more complicated than expected. We knew the keys were to be picked up from another site but were not aware that it would be a 20 minute walk from the apartment. The link to key box code said access was from 12pm, even though checkin was 2pm. Thinking we could at least grab the key whilst at that end of the city. Unfortunately you access an empty box! Annoying as we had to make 2 trips back to the lock box, even more so dragging our luggage as we could not drop off any luggage to the apartment early. The construction in the adjacent building is very disruptive, noise 7am -5pm, 6 days a week. The new building is very close, literally only a few metres away, and there is no natural light in an already compact apartment. We had to have lights on during the day, and then the construction lights stay on all night!
