The location was terrific
When the place got hot it was difficult to cool down however a small price to pay. Insulation under the floor may help.

Clean, easy to check in, comfy bed, coffee machine, new lovely curtains made the space feel clean and modern
Quite musty smell that only went away after windows open, mirrors would have been nice in all bedrooms, couches weren't a relaxing comfortable place, lucky it wasn't raining very much as entry wasn't undercover

Good location, well laid out. Clean, warm and light
Didn’t realize second bathroom was actually in a laundry under house. Not an issue but not clear from photos or house info provided. In summer not an issue but as it’s winter would have been nice to know
