Location was convenient and private off street parking.
Not particularly clean. Sticky tiles. Used capsule still in the coffee machine. Shower head needs replacing as water was coming out in different directions. Outside of bathroom bin dirty. Skirting boards in kitchen dirty. Lint in the dryer filter.

Location and being self contained
Had Trouble getting the key from a lock box in a laundry mat. Took nearly two hours, very stressful! Only got 1 key. If left key in room would have been stuck between room and lift. If left car roller door remote in room , would be left out in the street, as you could get out via a door but access in was by the roller door only.

Bathroom needed a deep clean. Floors also. It was extremely hot and stuffy. Cool air never reached bedrooms making sleep difficult.Doona on bed too heavy with no light cover that could be used.
