B27: Studio+BDR w/big Garden away from city heat!

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, making it the ideal base for exploring Armenia. A special thank you to Mr Artur and his wife, Mrs Alya, who were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Armenia. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Extremely pleasant and friendly hosts. Quiet location, almost like a dacha. Large, lovely garden. Spacious, airy apartment with plenty of sunlight. Totally functional, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed! Plenty of shopping in the neighborhood. Good bus service to the area. Superb for value.

Удобное расположение, чистый воздух и тишина. Отдельно хочу отметить очень быстрый интернет, который отлично подходит для удаленной работы.
