Very clean, exactly as the pictures described. Worked very well for the family. And the upstairs was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evening.
Definitely worth getting the pool heated, meant we could use it first thing in the morning and late at night and the children never wanted to get out!
The communication from the hosts was very helpful, efficient and friendly.
The location is great, close and cheap taxi into Murcia or Los Alcazarez or a short drive. Ability to walk to the nearby hotel complex and bar / padel courts was a bonus.
Definitely recommend and would return

Easy instructions given and good assess ability
The only downside for us was the that there was not a change of linen. Perhaps That’s not applicable anymore. The air conditioning/heating was not on, not that we needed it that is why we didn’t bother anyone to rectify.
