I was surprised with the welcoming message at the entrance, it makes me felt warmth. Everything else is okay, the operator was very attentive. The bed they used wasn't the spring ones, that's a plus for comfort. All in all, a good deal.
The kettle was a bit rusty? I'm not sure how to describe it, the owner probably can check and replace this for future customers. For people looking at this property, you could just get bottled water from the convenience stores. A minor issue that can be fixed easily.

Everything was good , the only shortfall is the surrounding apartments that seems rundown!
