Hi Host, thank you for the warm welcome and for making my stay at the resort smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate your quick responses and assistance throughout. Pros: * Easy and smooth check-in process * Fast response and helpful communication * Affordable price * Nice view from the window and balcony
Cons / Areas for Improvement: * Lack of clear instructions regarding electricity and water usage (manual switches and water pipe) * Room was a bit dusty upon arrival * Bed sheets looked worn and slightly dusty * Only 2 pillows provided, and they seemed old — additional pillows would be appreciated * Towels were quite worn and not comfortable to use (guests may need to bring their own) * No iron and ironing board provided (important for guests who need to iron clothes, especially tudung) * It would be good to provide air freshener to improve overall cleanliness and freshness
