Localização excelente. Casa simples, prática e confortável. Camas muito confortáveis. Conforto térmico pois com 33graus dia e noites frescas não foi nunca necessário ligar AC. Comunicação fácil e rápida com o anfitrião.
Na reserva surgem várias fotos mas são de dois apartamentos diferentes. O que fiquei tinha uma sala pequena, apartamento sem varanda e com vista para a ria bloqueada pelos prédios circundantes. A reserva deveria ser respeitante a dois apartamentos diferentes, o que no meu caso teria feito toda a diferença. Como ponto a melhorar, relevo a falta de uma pequena secretária para poder trabalhar/utilizar o PC. Seria uma boa melhoria custo/benefício.

cama cómoda, contaba con café y detalle de bienvenida y estaba limpio
No tenía balcón como se anuncia en las fotos, no tenía aparcamiento privado, es la calle ( sitio hay) y no está a 4Km del centro Aveiro salvo que atravieses a nado la ría
