Central Studio Apartment

The location is quiet, although you are in the city center. It's clean and it has all you need for 2 persons

There is no air conditioning, but this is not a major disadvantage since the windows are facing north.

A clean and modern studio apartment in the old city. You can find everything you need inside the house for a pleasant stay and also across the street: supermarket, a great coffee shop (Maron), bookstore and more. So it’s located in the heart of the city and you can easily visit the surroundings from there.

This place doesnt have a garden view like it says on the description. Yes, you get the chance to walk around a garden in order to get into the studio but you cant see it through the kitchen window. Instead you just stare at a white wall every morning and that kinda creates this feeling that you live in a very tight, poky place (see the pictures: in the second picture I opened the window so that you can see far on the left “the garden view”). This is the reason I didn’t had coffee inside, in the morning. Also, the interior garden overall (not the flowers), the buildings and the path you need to walk on till you reach the apartment, the small door you need to open before the main door, are not well kept; the look of it it’s quite depressing. I don’t think the owner alone can easily change this, because there are other apartments in those buildings, but i think its a detail worth mention. The ladder you need to climb in order to reach the bed is not suitable and safe to use especially during the night, at least not for grownups.

The place was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short-medium stay. The location is great, right in the city center, right next to supermarkets, bookshops, cool cafes and restaurants.

The property is in the heart of the city, but away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Easy access to everything you need - Mega Image, ATM, theater, pubs, etc. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. However, if you are reluctant to climb the stairs to the mezzanine - which I didn't mind - think twice before booking this property.

Nothing to complain about.
