Stylish apartment near old town

Very good location, a few minutes' walk away from city centre. End of bus line 24B (or 28B, don't remember now which one) right at the street entrance. Pharmacy right around the corner, ATM just around the block, food facilities within few minutes distance. Communication with the owner was prompt and very nice. The apartment was spacious enough even for 4 people, equipped with everything you would think, even for cooking & cleaning. Spare sheets & towels available, clean & chilly. No AC, but it is a demi-grounded floor, without direct sunlight so 25 degrees or so inside, kept constantly.

Nicely renovated apartment, it is in the basement so no need for AC even in summer. Close to the old town.

Parking is not included so municipal parking must be used, cca. 40 Lei per day minimum. What is more, there is absolutely no parking in front of the building so you will have to walk.

Curat, utilat. Proprietarul foarte amabil și rapid în răspunsuri. Canapeaua spațioasă, confortabilă. Un raport preț calitate excelent.

Locația excelentă, apartamentul foarte frumos dotat cu absolut toate necesare, gazdele foarte de ajutor și prompte.

Nu am nimic de rău de spus despre această proprietate.
