Not well maintained and clean. We could see cockroaches at several places. Need Drastic Improvement.

Loved the stay at Denver Villa specially the swimming pool! Had a great time with my family! Basic kitchen, utensils, water purifier and fridge is available to make our stay comfortable. The best part was that we had our privacy and the owners did not set any crazy rules. The villa is well maintained and pet friendly!! The open space near the pool was great to chill and enjoy! The checkin and checkout process was also quick and the caretaker Somesh was super responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

There could be some board games and cards at the villa.

Food was good. Caretaker has tried his best to give us comfort.

Water supply to bathrooms are not good. Frequently there was no water in all bathrooms. In our one day stay we faced this situation twice.

the caretaker was always available . The villa is amazing with the pool. all rooms except the hall have AC. The kitchen is somewhat equipped

- clock is there , but no battery - kitchen with not enough supplies to cook with like oil - the oven smells like burning plastic when used , so didnt use that - found cockroaches at night , and the plates and other utensils are cracked , no bowl - lack of basic amenities such as toilet paper and toothpaste,white towels looked dirty. - The pool wasn't properly cleaned i found glass shards of broken bangles , which i could excuse to some extent but it was scary to think if one happened to pierce one's leg - there seems to be some work on going or not , not sure, but the walls were screwed with plywood pieces - there are mattresses that just popped over the wall as well , near stairs and room , i assume it supposed to be extra mattresses ? not sure, but they didnt seem all too good, torn in - The villa didn't have cleaning equipment , so I had to wing it . the caretaker did suggest he would do it if required, but inconveniencing people for small tasks was awkward - chairs near the pool look broken at places as well - The bluetooth speaker didn't have enough charge or charger . -washing machine seems to start, but no detergent, caretaker said it doesnt work - bathtub didn't have a plug, it was then informed theres some make shift plug with a plastic wrapped around. - water took a long time to heat up (10 -15 mins) and theres a learning curve to understand, you have to fill the bathtub in batches it seemed. the buttons on the heater wasnt accurate either. it always showed red, as in done heating ... - one of the ac remote didn't work - tv works , doesnt have netflix , has prime but you can't watch tv because the buttons on the remote are good as non existent. it seemed like it wasnt worth the price , it shows around 14k for a single weekend now ... would insist on bettering the property for that price
