StayVista's Greenwoods Villa 10 - City-Center Villa with Private Pool, Terrace, Lift & Carrom Board

TV and remotes not in great condition. Non branded tv with speakers and wifi places in a small table does give a cheap look. Bedsheets were also of cheap quality. Basically, low cost stuff but price should also be accordingly. I have stayed in Saffron stay property and this one is not even close to their properties.

The property is 10 mins walk away from the main market of Lonavala, and it makes it super accessible and yet far from the daily chaos of the traffics. The best part was the Caretaker person named "Puran", he was humble and exceptionally helpful during our stay. He made sure about the cleanliness of the property and also guided us on how to get to the nearest stores for essentials shopping (like groceries, veggies etc).

This was the first time we had rented a villa, and were frankly skeptical. However right from the word go, the Stay Vista team has been extremely helpful, guiding constantly, right from payments, to directions, everything! This villa is part of the gated community and away from the hustle of the main market, which is a big plus! The villa is extremely well maintained and CLEAN. It gets a 5 star for the upkeep including the pool. The kitchen and cutlery, which is ample, was spic and span. The caretaker is easily accessible, and the kitchen and dishes are done, as soon as you call them! All the bedrooms are big and very well ventilated! We were 4 couples and 1 child, and we couldn't ask for more, for a family get together! Thank you StayVista for the best first time experience.

Nothing to dislike!

Hot water in all rooms and elevator in the villa suitable for kids and Sr.citizens

1. The caretaker didn't come to check on us until asked or we called them 2. After meals cleanliness was not maintained. The kitchen was dirty. We were travelling with toddler and we wanted to use kitchen but it wasnt cleaned. The plates smelled and looked oily and fridge was not kept clean either. 3. Mopping of floor wasn't done properly until asked for. 4. Food was average. 5. The extra mattresses and blankets smelled damp. 6. When we asked for extra pillows caretaker denied saying they don't have any.
