Room is very well ventilated, bed linen fresh, central air conditioning is soothing, modern electric controls satisfactory, with enough of space and with 4 seater couch and a mini fridge, it's a great accommodation with special toiletries and neat restroom. Very good value for the money spent.

Even though I paid for the room on arrival through my credit card, after checking out they call me and accused of not paying for the room, even at checkout I paid for the extra drinks like tea and coffee. The staff insisted on phone to share the receipt of payment through WhatsApp. I felt belittled by these confused and careless staff at reception for their casual and irresponsible attention on things that are not in my control as I have paid for the services and still call me after check out and bother. These things should not happen with organisations like HYATT, which is popularly known world wide for professional hospitality industry. Only on my call umpteenth time the staff acknowledged that they reconciled the matter.that' a shameful experience in my life as I have been a regular traveler and lived out of suitcase being in pharma marketing.
