    I am sharing this review as a genuine feedback from a family stay, hoping that the hotel management takes it seriously. We had booked a Deluxe Family Suite almost one month in advance. However, when we reached the hotel, our booked room was not ready due to plumbing issues. To make matters worse, there was dog feces at the main entrance of the hotel, which was extremely unpleasant and gave us a very poor first impression. We were asked to wait in the parking area for around one hour. After that, we were given a small double-bed room, which was not at all suitable for four people travelling together. We had travelled all the way from Delhi for my son's reporting at VIT University, so we were already tired and needed proper rest. The hotel staff told us that we could shift to our booked suite once it was ready. We agreed to pay the early check-in charges, but the suite was finally given to us only around 3:30 PM. When we requested them to adjust the charges considering the delay from the hotel's side, the staff refused and responded in a very rude manner: “Aapko rukna hai to ruko, hum charges adjust nahi karenge.” This attitude was very disappointing. We had travelled a long distance, and because of the lack of proper sleeping space, all four of us could not get adequate rest. The next day was important for us because of our son's reporting at VIT University. There was also no electric kettle in the suite, which is a basic convenience expected in a family room, especially when travelling with family. One Positive Point The size of the suite room was good and was suitable for a family of four. Unfortunately, this was the only major positive aspect of our stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, especially for a family. I am giving this feedback genuinely so that other families can make an informed decision and so that the hotel management can improve its services. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Hotel MN for a family stay.

    This is my Fourth Stay in MN Stays and the worst experience I've ever had. I'll never come again. Mosquitoes are horrible. Even at the time of Check Out, the receptionist behaviour is too rude. I neither recommend nor stay here again.
