Very comfortable accommodations for two and in an excellent location that was walkable to the subway and many local restaurants/shops. Would definitely book again.

Great location! Right between little italy and Chinatown.
It is a very old apartment. The heating system is really noisy and can awake if you have trouble sleeping. Also if you need 3 beds and are counting with the couch, just don't.
