Comfortable 2BR & 2 Bath Apt in Downtown NYC

Comfortable and clean beds, great location.

Some minor amenities would be great: extra kitchen towel (there was 1), spatula, rugs need cleaning. It’s a 4th floor walk up. Just be aware!

Nuestro host fue muy amable y atento, todo nos quedaba cerca, el barrio muy tranquilo y el departamento igual a las fotografías.

Close to subway,comfortable bedrooms

The street where the apartment is located is very noisy and busy

BEWARE: The "Allen St." location for this property is a lie. It is actually on Madison Ave., a half-mile away from the listed address, and is a 4th-floor walkup above a laundromat, with no elevator. We didn't stay in the apartment, so we don't know if the attractive photos are actually of the apartment they're offering, or more lies. The property owner claimed the listing had "a mistake," but it's now 2 weeks later, and the listing still shows the wrong address. Since their last-minute instructions told us not to tell others we were temporary guests, we suspect the owners are skirting NYC laws for short-term rentals.
