Great location, quiet room, spacious but lots of stairs.
The location was great and being 4 floors up it was quiet.
A lift! The stairs with 2 large suitcases was difficult. The shower/bath was a little difficult to step out of. Fresh coffee would have been nice rather than coffee bags.

Excellent budget stay!
I really liked the location, building, facillities and price! -The location is central to everything in Bruhl -The building is a nice restaurant/cafe -The facillities are perfect for the price, although the couch and chairs were not so comfortable. The available small parking garage was also a really nice addition.
On the booking.com it says that a reservation is needed for the parking. This was not the case, as you can discuss it with the host the moment you arrive. PLUS, the site does not show or tell you that the garage is really small. We could still fit a fat bmw, but only because me or my partner were looking and helping from outside the garage. On your own it would be impossible for parking larger cars.

Hübsches Appartment, perfekt für einen Phantasialand-Besuch
Praktisch eingerichtetes Appartment mit allem was es braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Es hatte bereits Gewürze, Zucker und Kaffeepads im Schrank.
Die Tür dichtet nicht richtig, man hört alles vom Treppenhaus. Ein Dichtungsgummi würde Abhilfe schaffen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch für nur eine Nacht besser als ein Hotel.
Netter Vermieter und sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt via WhatsApp. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe per Code-Box. Vorzeitiger Check-In war möglich. Ausstattung der Wohnung und Sauberkeit einwandfrei. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Sehr ruhige Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Gutes Restaurant des Vermieters im Erdgeschoss.
Fußbodenheizung war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu warm eingestellt. Leichtes Störgeräusch eines Lüfters. Leichter Essensgeruch im Treppenhaus.

Appartement Uhlstrasse 69 in Bruhl.
De ligging van dit appartement is zeer centraal in Bruhl. Je zit op de 3de verdieping met veel privacy. Een volledige kitchenette aanwezig. Een heerlijk ligbad en douche in 1. Supermarkt vlak om de hoek en genoeg plekken om eten te halen mocht je dat willen. Ik kom graag een keer terug.
De trappen, je moet via een oude stenen wenteltrap naar boven. Maar dat is meer een zeurpuntje dan echt een tegenvaller

Ich hab für diesen Preis nichts zu meckern. Die Matratze im Bett ist das einzige was vielleicht nicht mega gemütlich ist, aber vollkommen ausreichend
