Die Lage war schön ruhig, obwohl im 10 Minutentakt im Tal eine Bahn vorbeigefahren ist. An dieses Geräusch konnte man sich schnell gewöhnen.
Das Zimmer war kleiner als 40 m², die angegeben waren. Auf der überdachten Terrasse standen Gartenmöbel, die notdürftig repariert waren. Die Sitzfläche der Bank war lose. Der Ventilator im Badezimmer konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Der Schalter für die Deckenlampe befand sich nicht am Eingang. Man musste das gesamte Zimmer im Dunkeln durchqueren. Insgesamt war die Beleuchtungssituation im Zimmer nicht gut.
