I would like to say the room and the kitchen is clean i like the view of the staycation and all of the things in the room is complete

Location was great. We had a view of taal on the right side of the balcony. It was also easy to walk to a lot of restaurants. Parking was also great even if we had to pay extra 😅
Bed was kinda firm but it’s ok :)

Location and good price
They do double booking, I booked and confirmed it here but when we arrived the room is not available. Although I have a confirmation here. Then I booked another room while we are in the lobby when the front check their computer someone name was reserved for the room I just booked. Waited almost an hour , called the owner of the room , while waiting the staff told me some owner do double booking and whoever the first one to arrive they give the room to that person. I
Was in awe coz it’s my first time to experience this.
