When in Tagaytay, you are there for the view and this room has it. I also like how nice the staff were. They were friendly to my child.
The internet can be improved. It's important to be able to utilize the TV, watch youtube or netflix at night, and if you need to check/respond to important emails.

First is that the room location is facing the TAAL LAKE which is Superb. Room ambiance is comforting to your soul. Design and fixture are simple and well arrange. Worth the rate for 4 pax. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful abode.
This is the downside of our trip. I would like to suggest checking thoroughly the door lock & knob. It happens that we need to call the maintenance in order to open the door unit. This is one of the most crucial parts which brought up safety measures. Kindly check it so that it won't happen again to the other guest in the future. This is not an encouragement for another guest but likely to avoid same scenario and to advice the owner what are the things needed to be improved.
