Extremely friendly and helpful host. I spent a week in Catania with my two children. Chiara contacted me before our arrival. We clarified in advance when we would arrive and how to meet. She informed us about how to get to the accommodation from the airport. She was waiting for us personally at the accommodation. She explained and showed us everything in detail (with great English). Chiara is the smile itself! We could message her all week if we had any questions, she answered immediately. In fact, she provided us with a lot of information without asking; e.g. which restaurant, which beach is good, etc. Sicilian cappuccino, croissant and almond milk were waiting for us. Chiara said: "this apartment is your home for this week". And it was true. We lived in a clean, well-equipped, comfortable, real home. The sofa bed was also the size of a large double bed. My daughter has been talking about the comfortable bed ever since. This accommodation played a big role in making our week-long holiday in Sicily a beautiful memory. GRAZIE, cara Chiara

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Catania. The property is located in an old Italian building that has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished. It is right in the city center, overlooking a charming little square, and just a few minutes’ walk from Catania’s main square, Piazza del Duomo, with the famous Elephant Statue. The host, Chiara, was exceptional and welcomed us personally. We have used Booking.com many times, but Chiara really stands out. She genuinely takes an interest in getting to know her guests and was always happy to help with anything we needed. She also gave us great suggestions about places to visit and restaurants to try, and she was simply a pleasure to talk to. We had a car, and finding parking was surprisingly easy. There were parking spaces on the streets around the square, even during the peak season. We used the EasyPark app to pay, and it cost around €7–8 maximum for a full day. Since parking is charged by the hour, it can be even less if you don't park for the whole day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Catania.

L'appartamento é ben curato e l'igiene é impeccabile. La padrona di casa Chiara é adorabile, gentile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio. La posizione dell'appartamento é ottima, si raggiunge il centro a piedi e la fermata dell'Alibus é a due passi. La struttura è spaziosa e luminosa.
