No geral o apartamento é bem razoável. A localização é otima! O custo benefício é bom!
Estava tendo reforma no prédio, por isso tinha muito barulho. Em alguns momentos era impossível ficar no apartamento. Tivemos que mudar o planejamento de horários por causa disso. O horário do check-out é muito cedo. Só recebi a confirmação para ficar mais tarde após ter excedido o horário estabelecido. Já tinha saído do apartamento quando recebi a resposta. Tinha formigas também. Precisa ficar alerta com alimentos fora da refrigeração.

A localização é excelente e o atendimento do pessoal da recepção e garagem muito bom. Há ótimos restaurantes e cafés na imediação. Metrô razoavelmente perto (estação Oscar Freire)
A unidade precisa de melhorias. Ar condicionado de parede, antigo e barulhento. No banheiro, uma das torneiras do chuveiro está solta. Notei a falta de talheres, como colher de café.
