Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości
Na pierwszym miejscu jest lokalizacja i wysoki stosunek jakości do ceny. Udogodnienia w obiekcie w postaci pralki/telewizora/lodówki/mikrofalówki/przenośnej kuchenki, dzięki czemu można było zaoszczędzić na jedzeniu. Internet działał jak należy.
Głównym minusem w obiekcie było pewnego rodzaju zaniedbanie panującej czystości np. brudna podłoga w łazience oraz brudne dywaniki. Jeżeli chodzi o czystość pościeli i ręczników to tutaj było różnie: nie do końca wiadomo czy były one należycie wymienione, ponieważ ręczniki nie miały zapachu, a niektóre części pościeli miały specyficzny zapach. Proponuję dodawać do prania jakiegoś środka, będzie wtedy bardziej przyjemnie. Inne minusy to nieszczelny wąż w łazience, która wszystko zalewa, niesprawna roleta w przedpokoju i balkonowa.
