Great location, literally next to Tesco and Co-Op. Nice decorative lounge and kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped. Host was fantastic with showing some flexibility with checkout time as I was on holiday with a young child.

The main bedroom is a little on the smaller side with 2 single beds in. There is a small walkable space to get out from the room to access the bathroom next. There is a lose board which makes a lot of noise when you walk over it and it wakes up nearly everyone when you get to toilet at night. Though the flat is literally on the main street, the noise levels are very high. So you can't keep the window open for fresh air. It is a new build so room gets hot very easily. There is a flat opposite which directly looks into your bedroom. You and them both could see what's happening inside. Bit of a privacy issue. You have a curtain but then the room is dark and you have to turn the lights on even in the morning. The bathroom extractors are built by Boeing so makes you feel you are in at the the airport. The kitchen knives are dull. The town is dead. The host could not have done anything about it. But if you can look pass it, you have quick access to bicester, Oxford and surrounding.
