Highly disappointing ! Book somewhere else, give this one a miss .

Good location. Comfortable beds Wi fi

Blocked Toilet Blocked kitchen sink Broken & unsafe window Noisy neighbours 24/7 Ants in the bathroom Constant stink from the the drains No pool open during our stay or sun lounger to rent which we were told there would be before booking. Total lack of communication with the host before , during & after our stay. Tried to contact them about the issues we were experiencing, and they never answered or replied to calls txts and e mails. We sat in Malaga for 4 hours before we were sent details of the location of the keys, despite asking the day before we travelled.

Lack of communication.

The location is great 10 mins from train station and also down to seafront. Apartment adequate for our needs at the price paid for a weeks stay.

The lack of communication with proprietors. Sent request regarding if towels etc provided and did not get a reply and only received instructions for access to building on day of arrival after leaving UK so could be a problem for people with no Internet access. Whilst there I advised that a hairdryer was missing despite a box in cupboard, again no response or acknowledgement of watsapp message. A few issues with bugs in apartment in cupboards and beds very soft everything a bit dated.

Al llegar al apto estaba sucio las sábanas olían muy mal de verdad q es una vergüenza tener q llegar a un sitio donde uno paga y la limpieza este mal echa las sábanas estaban sucias las cobijas olían a pies

Cucarachas a tutiplén

El piso tenía una plaga de cucarachas, por la encimera, paredes, dentro de los muebles de la cocina... contactamos con el dueño y su solución fue que usásemos spray para matarlas, de vergüenza. El colchón de las camas se hundía hasta atraparte. Aparcar por la zona era un infierno, no es cosa del piso pero influye, teníamos que dar muchas vueltas para intentar aparcar y al final aparcar lejos del piso. Avisados quedáis.

Pésimo no vuelvo, el alfrition no contesta, las camas pésimas , la persiana no cierra y entra luz ,el bloque antiguo con humedad y cucarachas .

La ubicación cerca del centro de Benalmádena.

EXPERIENCIA TERRORÍFICA. El día antes de llegar intentamos contactar con el propietario para que nos informara sobre el proceso de check in sin éxito alguno porque no obtuvimos respuesta. Llegamos a Benalmádena y tuvimos que estar llamando varias veces hasta que a las 16:00 que era la hora del check in nos contestaron con el número de apartamento. Nos dirigimos hacía el apartamento con la sorpresa de que había gente dentro. Llamamos y eran los propietarios limpiando por lo que tuvimos que entrar una hora mas tarde. Pagamos un dia entero para finalmente entrar a las 17:00 de la tarde. Creíamos que aqui acabarían nuestros problemas pero cuando llevabamos un rato alli vimos que todo estaba plagado de CUCARACHAS. Estaban por muebles, paredes, baño, etc. Hemos llegado a matar unas 20 cucarachas en toda nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Sin duda no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Por otra parte te venden que hay 4 piscinas y ES MENTIRA, dos de ellas están vacias y las otras dos están llenas de mierda porque se comparten con 4 edificios. Si te gustan las casas del terror este es tu sitio, si lo que deseas es pasar unas vacaciones agradables HUYEEEEEE.

Un appartement décevant

Nous avons voyagé mon amie et moi pour nous détendre et passer des journées en plage notre voyage s’est mal passé car il y’avait plusieurs problèmes le premier est le bruit des voisins(des voisins criaient le matin et le bâtiment est encombré des migrants clandestins),les travaux à côté de la résidence qui commencent tôt le matin , le rideau du balcon était cassé donc le soleil nous réveillait tôt et les cafards qui se promenaient à côté de nous matin et soir à la salle de bain à la cuisine et même dans la chambre tt en sachant que j’ai une phobie des cafards je ne les supporte pas donc en gros c’était la torture pour moi .j’ai réclamé quelques problèmes à l’hôte mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse ni même des excuses .voilà

NADA ESTABA EL APARTAMENTO MUY SUCIO CUANDO ENTRE Y LLENITO DE CUCARACHAS INTENTÉ CONTACTAR CON BOOKING Y CON EL PROPIETARIO Y NADIE ME RESPONDIO DURANTE MI INSTANCIA ESTABA DURMIENDO Y LAS CUCARACHAS ME ANDABAN POR EL BRAZO!!!

Normalito,pero esperaba algo más

Aire acondicionado

Nadie te recibe, te dejan la llave ahí y ale, no estaba muy limpio y las camas no eran muy cómodas. Solo dos fuegos para hacer de comer un rollo y la nevera muy pequeña. Me dijeron que había secador de pelo y no hay. Pocos utensilios de cocina, y la piscina demasiada gente,son muchos apartamentos.
