The best place for a comfortable stay in an amazingly caring family

Nice location, close to the city center. The villa is stylish, there are a lot of places to relax, eat and work. Accommodations are clean, they are cleaning the room every 3 days. The renovation was done with high quality (but not very new), even in hot weather the rooms are not hot. Private parking, enhanced security. Someone is always present at the reception to help. When you are coming, they will fully instruct you about beaches, restaurants, and recreation. The care of this family is amazing. They constantly ask if we need anything, offer tea/coffee, wine, beer, other drinks (and it's included in the bill). Thanks to their tips, we managed to buy quality souvenirs and overall had a great time on the island. In other regions of Croatia you cannot expect such service for such a price. In total it's 10/10, We had a very nice vacation thanks to this family.

Be prepared that there is two-row parking, so sometimes it is impossible to leave immediately, you have to wait until the car in front drives away (but the owners are worried about making it faster for you). You can ask for everything else (kettle, dishes, etc.) and they will provide it to you. So you have to communicate with people who are working here, it's not a place for fully independent rest. This city is also very popular among students due to the large number of clubs, so be prepared that it can be noisy on the street, even though it is not the city center.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Novalja

The apartment was amazing; altough small, but very clean and tidy, comfortable, well equipped to accomodate our needs. I need to highlight how helpful and kind the hosts were, they gave us recommendations, offered us coffee and were generally being very nice to us. Recommended!

Amazing place to stay in Novalja. Staff went above and beyond to help make our stay more comfortable, they had so many tips on what to do in the local area and the coffee and orange juice in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. As it was the end of the season they upgraded our room which was a really nice touch, the bed was super comfy, shower was amazing and, the rooms was very clean. Would stay here again if we come back as it's the perfect base to explore. Can't fault anything at all, highly highly recommend! Cherry on top was the staff giving us a bottle of wine to take home with us! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

We are very happy with our stay at rooms villas rompuš. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning , divine! It's been a long time since I didn't slept so well. And what about the staff! The staff at this hotel are excellent, very attentive, I sprained my ankle and they couldn't do enough for me. The unlimited drink service was great and the Rakija is very good haha.

the only negative point of this stay was the bathroom, a little too small for me, the door was awkward, especially with my reduced mobility at the time. despite this small detail this hotel deserves a 10/10

The nicest people who are owners here. 24/7 customer service, 5 min to the beach and center of Novalja. 2 min walk to a big food shop and pharmacy , Cafe, clothes-shops and much more. I will highly recommend this. ITS NOT A PARTY PLACE VILLA/ROOMS. It was so nice to come home to the silent room after a night of partying out. For the rooms, very much sound proof walls and windows, we had our balcony directly over the road, couldn't hear a sound when sleeping. So confortable! So fresh bed linens, every 3 days, they change, or on request, all towels smelled fresh, supernice floor and bathroom! Wifi, and TV on the room. Amazing AC. We requested desperate beds, not a problem. We were greeted at the car when we arrived, I have messaged that we would arrive at an specific time, so nice of him! He sat us down at the main table in "reception" and we got a full on fantastic information walk-through, where we are on a map, where the bus-stations are, if we wanna go for a ride to other beaches, he had some place to recommend. They have bikes I think for rental. And I had an amazing time there. Will definitely come back as a customer. :)

The apartment’s hosts are very welcoming and helpful at every step of the stay. They receive you with a big smile and all the best tips to enjoy your stay. We went at the end of higher season and were welcomed to an upgrade to a ver spacious double room and great view. The apartments are on an ideal location in Novalja. A few steps away from a super market and 5 min walk from the city centre. Optimal location. At the end of our stay we were pleasantly surprised with a complementary souvenirs to take home a piece of Croatia. Will definitely recommend to friends and family when asked about stays in Pag Island.

classy, clean, nice owners

Our 3-bed apartment/room was spacious, modern, clean and smelled very nice, we had a sea view, albeit a bit restricted. There was a spacious balcony with sitting arrangement and blinds providing comfortable shade. The owners were friendly and helpful. The house was situated close to town center (walking distance). Room walls seemed to be soundproofed enough, we didn’t hear other guests.

The parking space was available (with reservation in advance), but you are asked to leave the keys with the owners because cars are parked in 2 rows. Novalja is full of partying people and there is fair amount of car and scooter traffic, so evenings and nights are quite noisy.

Dom and his family are very warm and welcoming. They offered a free upgrade to our room but we had no complaints with the standard. Great hosts, rooms were modern and perfect. Location was center of everything but also situated in a quiet area. Wifi was top notch which I needed for work. Looking forward to coming back.

Comme à la maison

Leur accueil est incomparable à ce que l'on voir normalement. C'est comme si nous étions des membres de leur famille. Ils nous accueillis avec un bon café. La chambre était tout simplement parfaite pour deux personnes avec un balcon qui convenait à nos attentes. En soirée, nous sommes revenus avec des achats dont du fromage et ils nous ont fourni toute la vaisselle afin que nous puissions profiter de notre goûter tout en nous donnant une bonne bière croate. Ils vivent sur place et leur bonté est simplement naturelle, on ne sent pas qu'ils travaillent, mais qu'ils s'amusent avec nous. Un gros merci à toute la famille, nous recommandons vivement cette villa. Même que le lendemain, nous n'avions même pas envie de partir, on se sentait chez nous.
