Nice location, close to the city center. The villa is stylish, there are a lot of places to relax, eat and work. Accommodations are clean, they are cleaning the room every 3 days. The renovation was done with high quality (but not very new), even in hot weather the rooms are not hot. Private parking, enhanced security. Someone is always present at the reception to help. When you are coming, they will fully instruct you about beaches, restaurants, and recreation. The care of this family is amazing. They constantly ask if we need anything, offer tea/coffee, wine, beer, other drinks (and it's included in the bill). Thanks to their tips, we managed to buy quality souvenirs and overall had a great time on the island. In other regions of Croatia you cannot expect such service for such a price. In total it's 10/10, We had a very nice vacation thanks to this family.
Be prepared that there is two-row parking, so sometimes it is impossible to leave immediately, you have to wait until the car in front drives away (but the owners are worried about making it faster for you). You can ask for everything else (kettle, dishes, etc.) and they will provide it to you. So you have to communicate with people who are working here, it's not a place for fully independent rest.
This city is also very popular among students due to the large number of clubs, so be prepared that it can be noisy on the street, even though it is not the city center.
