Very slight improvements to the room would enhance the stay. Mainly re storage…. No where to put suitcases. No drawers. 4 hangers. Also no bar so nowhere to buy a drink in the hotel/ by the pool. Bit odd for a 4 * hotel. This might put some people off.

Disappointing and don’t recommend!

The breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly.

The airconditioner beeped every 2 hours 24 hours a day. It also had a strange smell coming from the vent. The hotel pool isn’t monitored and non guests were constantly sneaking in with their balloons filled with nitrous oxide. The rooms surrounding were noisy with drunken guests arriving early in the morning after partying all night. This is not a place for couples or families, it is a party town for drugged up and drunken tourists.

Very nice hotel, ambiance, good location and then...

5 days of disappointment. Parking like a construction site, I understand that a hotel is being built next door, but this is not a guest's problem. I know that the city is a destination for young people, but as a guest I expect that it is clear who is a hotel guest/at the pool and who is a passerby. In 5 days, not a single staff member came to check what was going on at the pool, not to mention the cleanliness, it was not cleaned once, at least not the floor by the pool. The pool is not fenced off, nor is the hotel, anyone can walk by, full of young people with balloons and nitrous oxide, everything is allowed. I overlooked the "drugging" by the pool, the fact that a guest pulled a bracelet out of her bag and put it on the hand of a guy who is not a guest. But when 5 young people arrived, they took off their clothes and threw themselves into the pool as if it were a public swimming pool... and then complaints flew at the reception. A rude manager came and accused me of being seen crossing the street towards the pool (when I go to their bar for an Aperol, not just one) and then non-guests do the same. Plus I was warned that drinks are not allowed by the pool. At least it's a drink from the bar, not a bottle of vodka from the backpack, not to mention enjoying a salad bowl by the pool. I don't ask for much, just attitude in return for what I paid.

View is perfect on the sea, design is nice, nice pool and environment.

Cleaning - some days cleaning of the room happened at around 5 or 6 pm! I was very upset because of this. Multiple times I had to go to the reception and to ask for cleaning at 3 pm! Anyway staff were nice but the cleaning thing does not work..and then the room was cleaned in a rush :( At breakfast coffee and orange juice have horrible tastes unfortunately. Coffee doesn't taste like coffee, it is like made of Nescafe powder and orange juice tastes like plastic. Lot of people smoked cigarettes even in the hotel rooms. When I walked out of the room I could feel the smoke multiple times.. I would recommend to improve: - coffee to be grinded one - fresh orange juice to be made in the morning - cleaning service to be done til noon and thorough - cigarettes to be banned in the hotel, dedicated smoking areas - guard the pool at daytime as totally random people came there and jumped into it!! As this is a 4 star hotel with high prices I think it is normal to have!

Great location, shame about the pool!

Location is perfect, directly on the beach and close walking distance to all the restaurants/shops. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection to choose from. Room was spacious and the sea view was lovely; the room also had good air conditioning, a safe, and sofa. Bathroom/shower facilities were very good and clean.

A big disappointment was the pool area. It is located on the outside of the hotel but accessible from the beach, which meant that the public could very easily use the facilities. It was always busy, and no one was monitoring that just guests had access, so we’re sure this is the reason we never had the opportunity to use the loungers/pool, which was disappointing. Also the room doors slam quite loudly, so we were woken up every morning by other guests leaving their room.

Peacefull in great location.

I loved how receptionists and the people working in breakfast area were very kind. I liked how fast they took care of water leaking from the sealing. I liked how I got new towels and toilet paper every day and how air conditioning worked very well. Plus I loved the interior design of the room.

Sometimes wi-fi was not working well, so when working I had to use mobile data a lot. I didn’t like how housemaids sometimes came in the room while I turned on the ‘do not disturb’ mode. I found it strange how some of the towels had light brown stains on it and how there were some trash under my bed. I’d love it if housemaids would also clean the floor at least a few times through my stay. Also, Fitness was not what I expected. There is no fitness in the Liberty Plaza Hotel. Actually there is kind of an outdoor fitness or more like fitness under the sky in the Liberty Hotel across the road.

Great hotel

Very well placed, the Tokyo restaurant was fantastic. The room had an issue with the shower and fixed within 10 minutes! Very clean and modern, would stay there again.

Not enough storage for two people, a set of draws would of been good. (Will book the larger room next time)

Nice place, poorly managed

The location is great, on the beach, near the center. Even though it can be loud, specially in the early morning when the kids are coming back from the parties all around 😅.. and having after partys on the beach in front of the hotel..

Reception: the staff is simply poorly managed, probably not their fault , but still- not properly greeting you, mostly smoking outside when you need informations, not trying to help and solve problems in time. Internet not working properly, the smell from the canalization in the room was horrible . we complained, no reaction. All in all , not a big deal if it would be some 2 stars hotel, but since we have paid 270 eur per night/room this is quite painful.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location next to the beach.

Delicious breakfast, nice pool, new modern furniture, comfortable beds. Great location close to the city center and next to not crowded nice clean beach.

Cleaning (floors in rooms and around the pool were not cleaned daily, neither bathroom). There were missing insect protections on windows therefore there was insect inside in rooms. It is a pity that it is not possible to have breakfast outside. Too little beds around swimming pool, no beds towards sea.

Super Aufenthalt mit hohem Komfort

Lage in der ersten Reihe, sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber, Pool etwas zurück gesetzt.

Leider war eine Verlängerung nur mit Zimmerwechsel möglich. Da nicht ausgebucht war etwas ärgerlich aber tolles Ersatz Zimmer.

Schöne Aussicht aber das ist alles

Aussicht war toll. Das Hotel war sauber.

Gleich daneben ist eine Baustelle und bis zum Eingang sind die Leitungen für die Baustelle. Die Frau auf der Reception war unfreundlich nach dem Chat mit dem Manager war Sie freundlicher. Die Rezeption hat keine Bügelmaschine, keine Waage. Das Telefon im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, wenn die Nachbarn laut waren während der Nacht mussten wir immer persönlich zur Rezeption gehen. Das Pool Areal war nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Viele Sachen lagen einfach so herum.

De kamers hebben een opfrisbeurt nodig, weinig ruimte in de kamers ook. 1 smalle kleerkast en amper plaats om valiezen op te bergen. Ligstoelen op ons balkon verouderd, badkamer met schimmel op de muur. Toen we hier melding van maakten, hebben ze dit wel meteen “opgelost” door opnieuw te beplakken met plaaster. Ontbijt is ook niet uitgebreid.
