Está muy bien ubicado y bien cuidado las estancias.
Quizás se necesitaría un aire acondicionado en las habitaciones que dan al patio interior porque es muy calurosa. Se necesita también algo tan indispensable como una lavadora, y también productos de limpieza.

renovated appartment, sharp knifes, good plumbing
one of windows goes to bar and till the midnight - noisy and trash cans in front of window, so sometimes smells very bad even in the appartment - no extra garbage bags - no table lamps - no possibility to cook, no pots ... - no parking , all the time - 100 meter by feet in the +40 - any clothes dryer, - any clothes hanger
