About this house rental
HOME
130 m2 semi-detached house, with 2 floors, FIRST LINE BEACH URBANIZATION and large community pool, with AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING and ceiling fans.
Located in the quietest area of Rompido and right on the beach.
It has INTERNET- WIFI and 65” Smart TV.
There is a KAYAK (with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child) and a PADDLE SURF board, for walks along the Rompido estuary, fishing or even doing yoga on the Paddel Surf.
Ground floor with large, well-equipped kitchen (with all types of appliances), living-dining room and toilet.
First floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with this distribution:
Master bedroom: 150 cm bed (possibility of a crib), 40” television and separate bathroom.
Wooden bedroom: with 105 cm bed and 90 cm bed
Youth bedroom: with three 90 cm beds (one of them elevated).
And another full bathroom.
Large solarium porch with barbecue, television and hammocks.
There are 2 bicycles for adults and 2 for children (on request). There are 3 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.
Including bed linen and bath towels.
Registered in the Tourism registry VFT/HU/00049.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
It has a large community pool, very quiet (open from June 22 to September 15 approximately) access to the beach 50 meters away, being the only area of Rompido with a beach.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Living next to the beach, without parking problems, you can usually park right at the door.
Located between two marinas with their ferries that take you to the arrow of the break.
In the area there are two golf courses: El Rompido Golf with 36 holes and Golf Nuevo Portil with 18 holes.
7 kilometers away is Cartaya with a wide range of shopping options: Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, etc.
You can use intercity transport (bus) with a stop 200m from the house.
SURROUNDINGS
Very close to Punta Umbría with its magnificent beach and 20 minutes from the border with Portugal.

We arrived and Ana was waiting for us at the property. She showed us around and made sure we had all that we needed. There were plenty of bedding and towels which was great as some rentals are not so good. There was also plenty of kitchen equipment, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. The outside space was ample for us with a small dog with table, chairs and sun lounger and only a few metres walk away to the beach.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und fahren nach 6 Wochen nach Hause in den Winter. Wir kochen sehr gerne und hatten in der großen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche , unseren Spaß. Alle, für uns notwendigen, Geräte standen uns zur Verfügung. Pfeilschnelles Internet, wir konnten Skygo schauen, und so auch mal einen Regentag verbringen. Das Bett war gross und bequem. Heizung war schon sehr oft abends notwendig, und die Klimaanlage hat ihren Zeck erfüllt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes 20. Januar bis 2. März waren die Häuser unserer Straße zum großen Teil unbewohnt, und Parken nie ein Problem. Ein kleiner Laden, ca 100 m entfernt hat, was man so braucht. Die freundliche Inhaberin freut sich wenn man kommt. Der Spar Laden an der Bushaltestelle in El Rompil Richtung El Portil ist gut ausgestattet, mit Preisen, oft nicht höher als in grösseren Läden
Es ist ein schönes, bequemes und freundlich eingerichtetes Haus. Wir kommen seit 2004 in diese Gegend und haben "unser Haus" gefunden. Unsere, auf der Terrasse verbrachten Nachmittage, der kurze Weg zum Strand, das kalte "Bierchen" in der Bar Cache, und nicht zuletzt der freundliche Vermieter, Juan Carlos, alles hat zu einem tollen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Vielen Dank! Wenn wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder...für 2 Monate!

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Auch für Selbstversorger war es sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv ist die Nähe zum Wasser.
