We attended the James Taylor concert at Tanglewood. This great place was a 10 minute walk to the venue, which turned out to be MUCH MORE VALUABLE then we thought it would be !! Not to mention, all at Eastgate was perfect !

Dalija was an exceptional hostess and inn keeper. She made sure all our needs were met. She was knowledgeable about all resources available to us as she grew up in the area. And besides that she was charming!

Our host was most hospitable and could tell us a lot about the area which was completely new to us. We loved all the sitting down spaces both inside and outside and the location was lovely and quiet.
We had hoped to be able to walk into the town to get a meal but it is just a bit too far when the nights are dark. Also a bit disappointing that the breakfast was continental as it is towards the end of the season.
