    We had booked a room with two large beds, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The rooms felt very small and claustrophobic, and the view facing the swimming pool was unpleasant as the pool water was dirty and unsafe for children. Food options across all meals were extremely limited, making it difficult for families with small kids. Overall, the property felt mediocre compared to the price we paid and did not meet expectations for a family-friendly stay. The only positive aspect was the supportive front office staff, particularly the lady who helped us by changing our room to an upper floor with a larger bed. Her assistance was appreciated, but it did not fully offset the shortcomings of the stay.

    Overall I had a great experience staying at this facility. The staff is very cooperative. The place is safe to stay with family. Murud beach at the walking distance. Food quality is very good.

    Visited with family, resort location is nearest to beach, neat and clean. However food options are limited, may be recent cooking cylinder shortage. If you are looking for resort nearest to beach, this will be recommended, however if you are planning to explore other near by areas better to have own vehicle.
